We offer payment by Visa or Mastercard. If you choose this option, we’ll ask you for your credit card number and your card’s verification code (CVC). This is the three or four-digit security code in the signature field on the back of your credit card. Your personal data will be transmitted using SSL encryption and will not be stored by us.
As an alternative to the other payment options, you can pay directly from your Paypal account once you’ve completed your order. Of course, all your personal data will be transmitted using SSL encryption in this instance, too.
You also have the option of paying for your order by transferring the full balance to our DIDYMOS account within four days of receiving your order confirmation. We’ll despatch your order as soon as we receive your payment in our account.

Orders from abroad
We charge the statutory 19 percent VAT currently applicable in Germany on orders from European Union (EU) countries.
For orders from countries outside the EU, we’ll deduct the statutory German VAT from our prices. We’ll also print a declaration of origin on the invoice, as you’ll be required to pay your country’s respective import duty and, where relevant, import tax at customs. Please contact the responsible customs office for further information on applicable duties.
