Availability of Items
Please see each individual item page for information on the availability of each item. A green point says that the item is available immediately, a red point means that the article is not on stock and will be available at a later date.
Important: Information on the availability of an item is updated every hour. Due to different possibilities of ordering (e-mail, fax, phone), it may yet happen that low stock articles are sold out within one day or have delayed delivery dates. For this reason misleading information on the availability cannot be completely avoided and we thank you for your understanding.
Methods of Payment
Currently, we accept the following payment options:
1. Prepayment by BankTransfer
For bank transfer payment please use the following information:

If you have chosen to pay by PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you log in for payment to: email@example.com. All your personal data will be SSL secured and transferred.
3. Credit Card Payment
We accept VISA or MASTERCard. All personal data will be SSL secured and transferred.
Credit Card Check Digit
If you pay by credit card you will have to fill in the order form the credit card data as well as the check digits. This is a 3 or 4 digit security code which appears in the signature field of your credit card. The check digits are preceded or followed either by the last 4 or all digits of your credit card number.
4. Payment by international bank transfer
For payments through banks within the EU we strongly recommend to use our IBAN and SWIFT Code in order to avoid additional bank or transfer fees.
Orders from EU countries
All prices invoiced for deliveries within the EU include the VAT currently valid in Germany.
Orders from Non-EU countries
Orders from Non-EU countries are invoiced without the German VAT. When the goods you purchased are imported in your country, they are subject to the VAT and import duties valid in the country of importation. Please contact your local customs office to get more information. The country of origin of the goods is confirmed on the invoice that you will get from us.
If you have questions regarding special sizes and special or custom-made models, please contact our customer service by phone or by e-mail. You will reach us by phone from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30 under +49 7141 92 10 25. Or write to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once confirmed, orders for custom-made articles can not be cancelled. Please note that such articles have to be paid with the order and prior to manufacture.
